“I was so happy to be able to do a photo shoot with Julia last fall. She took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for; asking questions to get me to think deeper about how I wanted to portray myself, and offering excellent guidance on clothing, backdrop, and how to make the most of our time together. The shoot itself was so much fun, with Julia giving silly and serious prompts to bring myself out. I feel so grateful to have her as a photographer, and a friend!” – Abby

“I enjoy having long hair right now – it’s definitely something that makes me feel like I fit in, which can be a relief at times. I’m planning on donating my hair after it gets a bit longer, which I think will coincide with me striking out on my own a bit more. I have to say, though, that it is really fun to have flowers in my hair! I think there should be more of an occasion for that in my life.” – Abby

When friends come to visit, it means I have the opportunity to work with a model and create art. My good friend Audrey Benedetto of Everyone’s Straight Until They’re Not was thankfully up for the task during her recent visit to Boston.
